Those of you interested in joining need to know this:
1) You must register to post on the forums.
2) In order to become a member of the pack you must first go through the assessment period.
2A) Stage one of assessment is pledge. This is where you fill out the character sheet on the forum, placing 'Pledge' next to "Rank:", and submit it as a registered forum member.
2B) You must get on the chat server and roleplay with the pack.
2C) You my only advance from pledge to assessment once you have attended your first pack meeting. (Pledge and assessment ranks are to make sure you can dedicate time to roleplaying with the pack and that you feel (and we feel) that you fit with us.)
3) Once you become an assessment, you must seriously consider what it's going to take to become a full member of the pack. If, after your assessmentship is over and you make it to the next pack meeting, you have decided you wish to be a full-memer of the pack, and the pack is agreeable to having you, then you may b promoted to pack-member.
4) Once promoted to pack-member, you should start considering the ranks available to you. (Note: Council Ranks (currently only alpha and beta) are obtainable by INVITATION only...This means acting council members must ASK you to be on the council...asking to be on the council will guarantee that you do NOT get such a rank.) Whatever rank appeals to you the most, if the slots are not all filled, should be the one that you approach a council member about obtaining.
5) Once the council agrees, and the next pack meeting comes around, you will be named as IN TRAINING for whatever rank it was that you chose.
6) Once your training period is up, and the next meeting comes around, you will be named fully as the rank you chose.
